Jennifer Simmons

Jennifer Simmons is a clinical psychologist and writer who has always been fascinated by the mind. This passion has fueled her quest for understanding what it means to be human. Through her writing, she hopes to explore how we are all inextricably connected through the experiences, emotions, and dilemmas inherent in life.

When she isn’t working with her clients or writing, you can find Jennifer traveling, teaching yoga as a certified instructor, and working as an adjunct professor with psychology graduate students.

Read Jennifer’s non-fiction to learn more about her perspective as a therapist:

“I have been writing since I was 9 years old, but writing fell away due to school and work - I am sure many of you can relate. Quarantine gave me the opportunity to focus on this book once again. I was able to pick up where I left off, and I am proud to be able to share it with you now.”
